One business is fighting back at laws in the US attacking transgender people using the bathroom.
Kroger, a supermarket in Athens, Georgia, is making it clear to their customers they want them to feel as comfortable as possible.
And they’re starting the fight by introducing a unisex toilet.
While it would be ideal for trans women to be able to use the female restroom without fear, and for trans men to use the male restroom without fear, it is a good step to show how a business can be considerate of the community.
Tonya Owens, proud of her supermarket’s efforts, that she posted a photo of the sign to praise them.

The sign reads:
‘We have a UNISEX bathroom because sometimes gender specific toilets put others into uncomfortable situations.
‘And since we have a lot of our friends coming to see us, we want to provide a place for our friends who are:
‘Dads with daughters
‘Moms with sons
‘Parents with disabled children
‘Those in the LGBTQ community
‘Adults with aging parents who may be mentally or physically disabled
‘THANK YOU for helping us provide a safe environment for everyone!’
