Sebastopol Center for the Arts Hosts Tango Concert October 21

Sebastopol Center for the Arts (“SebArts”) is hosting a classical tango concert on Friday, October 21 by three international women who bring ethnic and gender diversity to professional opportunities for women in the historically male-dominated tango genre and extend tango’s geographic reach beyond urban areas.  The three women of “Las Almas,” Korean 

Sumi Lee on piano; Panama-born 

Heyni Solera on bandoneon; and Chinese-American 

Teagan Faran on violin, 

are classically trained in the U.S., with advanced study at  La Orquesta Escuela de Tango Emilio Balcarce, the most prestigious tango orchestra school in Buenos Aires. Photo attached below. Link to additional information and ticketing is here:
