Saturday November 9 @ 7 pm.SonoMusette: Musique de Paris at Occidental Center for the Arts. SonoMusette presents a tribute to the greatest performers of mid-century Paris, featuring songs by Edith Piaf, Yves Montand, Charles Aznavour, Jaques Brel and more. Whether it’s the soulful strains of the accordion, the lively rhythms of the guitar, or the romantic vocals that create an atmosphere of elegance and joy, this accomplished ensemble brings a unique, international flavor to our stage. Featuring Mimi Pirard (vocals), Robert Lunceford (accordion), Jan Martinelli (upright bass & piano), Isaac Vandeveer (guitar & bass) and Kendrick Freeman (drums).Tickets are $30 advance, $25 for OCA members at www.occidentalcenterforthearts.org. $5 additional at the door.
