Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction of property. This protest is a lawful exercise of our First Amendment right to peaceful assembly and is designed as accountability actions against Musk in his DOGE role as a political actor and is not framed around intent to cause economic harm to any business interest.
