Once again, the health of the LGBTQ+ community is under attack — on multiple fronts. Restrictions on gender-affirming care have become a high-profile wedge issue at both the state and national levels. A recent Alabama court ruling has risked the hard-fought gains by same-sex couples to secure equal access to in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
