The governor of New York has called for an investigation to be launched after a same-sex couple was reportedly denied a marriage license. Dylan Toften, from the town of Root, posted on Facebook that he and his partner were rejected for a lisence by the town clerk, Laurel “Sherrie” Eriksen.
