North Bay Community Engagement Fair Set to Oppose Trump Administration; Inform Public
Ready to engage? Turn complaints into actions? Want to help secure civil liberties, protect the disenfranchised and empower a more equitable economy and resilient ecology, but not sure how or where to plug in?
Join us on January 29th in Santa Rosa for a free Community Engagement Fair, a day-long exhibition of organizations and community groups from across the North Bay looking for volunteers and activists just like you. Whether you have just a few hours a month or all the time in the world, whether you’ve got specific skills or just a can-do attitude, whether your passion is the environment, immigrant rights, the LGBTQ community or sustainable agriculture, you’ll find something to spark your passions as you to roll up those sleeves.
More details coming soon. If you or your organization would like to participate, please visit: https://goo.gl/FdlCs2
This event is a grassroots, non-partisan, collective effort aimed at civic engagement. We welcome groups and individuals of ALL political, economic and spiritual beliefs that promote love and equality and that condemn hate and oppression.
