LGBTQI Asylum Seeker Support Meeting Thursday

First meeting of people who want to set up a support ‘accompaniment’ team to help LGBTQI asylum seekers and detainees.  There has been calls from immigrant support networks along the border to find sponsors and support to allow asylum seekers to get out of detention centers.  Come to a meeting Thursday, May 2nd at 6pm to talk about what we can do.  Contact [email protected] for more info.  Meeting will be at 5037 McFarlane ROAD, Sebastopol….cross street Hessel Road….2nd driveway on left on McFarlane Road.
