Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos Donates $10,000 to Anti-LGBTI Republican Politician

Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos has reportedly donated $10,000 to a notorious anti-LGBTI politician. Bezos and his wife Mackenzie donated a combined total of $10,800 to Republican Senator Cory Gardner. They individually donated $5,400 each, which is the maximum amount allowed for individual donors in Colorado. The couple donated to Gardner’s 2020 reelection fund in September this year, according to CNBC. Gardner from Colorado has a long history of anti-LGBTI voting. Parents Oppose ‘Chilling, Fascist’ Global Registry of Trans Kids

Trans advocates are outraged prominent trans health professionals have suggested creating an international global registry of trans children. A recently published article in the Journal of Sexual Medicine called for the registry to ‘further study of this basic demographic and its associated factors’. One of the authors is Dr Polly Carmichael, the director of the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS). Major Study Proves LGBT Youth Three Times More Likely to Attempt Suicide

New analysis has confirmed that LGBT youth are far more likely to attempt suicide than other adolescents their age. A report in JAMA Pediatrics collated data from 35 other studies. The studies included responses from 2.4 million heterosexual adolescents and 113,468 non-straight students aged between 12 and 20 from 10 countries. The data showed young LGBTI people were three times more likely to try and take their own lives than straight youths.
